Refund policy
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 48hours before delivery or collection.
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our cakes, refunds are only accepted in specific cases — such as when there is a clear mistake on our part or if the product you received does not match the confirmed order details you provided.
Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, incorrect information provided by the client, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
Last-minute orders (placed within 5days of the event) must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit can be carried over to a new date, subject to availability.
